The App is intended to supplement -- not replace -- professional driving instruction.`,\r\n        `You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree NOT to:`,\r\n        `Use the App in any manner that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;`,\r\n        `Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems or networks;`,\r\n        `Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App;`,\r\n        `Use any automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or collect data from the App;`,\r\n        `Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the App;`,\r\n        `Use the App to engage in any commercial solicitation without our prior written consent; or`,\r\n        `Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.`\r\n      ]\r\n    },\r\n    {\r\n      id: \"account-registration\",\r\n      title: \"Account Registration\",\r\n      paragraphs: [\r\n        `To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, email address, age, and zip code. Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features, including access to driving route maps. If an in-person hearing is held, the default location shall be London, England, United Kingdom (or such other location as may be confirmed by RouteBuddy's legal counsel upon finalisation of the US entity structure -- to be updated before publication).`,\r\n        `The arbitrator shall have authority to award all remedies available at law or in equity. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, subject to limited judicial review as provided by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C.
